How do you create an agile business?

Establish where you are today & what data you really need t attain optimal performance. Prepare training procedures for ALL people and action, implement agreed tasks and methods, whilst monitoring on an ongoing basis

Fundamentals

  • Centralized information re-utilisation

We believe in utilising and centralizing already existing information, including historic data, rather than building new specific functional systems. Normally the required information is available somewhere in existing systems. At a later stage, if needed, new systems can be better evaluated. We strive to combine it with additional information to create a red thread of information that is relevant to many functions within an organisation

  • People

Most persons in an organisation are not really interested in change if it means that they have to change what they do at work every day. Change is a little frightening, you know what you have but not what you get. Thus personal engagegment is important and training, understanding and motivation are critical for success. Likewise is it important to have an open dialogue and quick results to keep the momentum

  • Process

No system is better than the process in which it is being used. We believe in centralised information, where the latest updated version is always available. Thereby there is only "one truth" that is used by all and info quality responsibility becomes very clear. The effect is less time spent on updating and distributing information and the freed up time can instead be spent on development and drawing conclusions. Flexibility with prioritization and easy re-prioritization is important to enable meeting deadlines and to manage expectations

  • Platform

"What you see (on your screen) is what you believe" - the system environment you are used to is what you believe in. For efficient implementation (time, cost, quality) we therefore believe in utilising existing system environments. In some cases this can be just training in existing systems but more in an operational context. It's important to to have a system environment that is flexible enough for adaptation
